Pressed Flower Workshop // November 21st, 2024

Join us on Thursday, November 21st at Hummingbirds in Pace, Florida for a pressed flower workshop you’ll absolutely love! Limited to only 8 spots, this workshop is perfect for a night out to relax and fill your creative soul before Thanksgiving + the Holiday hubbub begins.

In this two hour workshop, you’ll learn how to create a “Sweet Serendipity” Styled Pressed Flower Art Design created with a colorful variety flowers that were either grown in Kristin’s backyard garden or purchased from local florists all summer long. Whether you’re looking to create a piece filled with leaves and greenery, a seasonal decor piece, or want to include a little bit of everything, you’ll learn different composition and style to create a one of a kind piece of art for your home.

You’ll also learn how to press different fresh flowers that Hummingbirds uses in arrangements aplenty, and see how Kristin presses them differently for pressing success in a traditional flower press!

This workshop is designed for ages 18 and up, and all registrations are final + nonrefundable.

Everything you need to create an 8x10 Pressed Floral Print will be provided for you during the class. Multiple 8x10 Frames will be available to choose from with a variety of Background Papers to compliment the flowers of your choosing, but if you have a specific 8x10 frame that you would like to use (or a slightly larger frame that is matted to 8x10), feel free to bring it!
